Rewards

We love giving rewards and praise! 

At the Academy we run a rewards system that encourages students to be positive and make progress. We reward students for their attitude and behaviour in lessons, in the academy community and also in respect of basic standards such as 100% attendance, being equipped for learning and smartness of uniform.

Credits

On a day-to-day basis staff reward students using our ‘Credit’ system. This comprises a stamp on a rewards card for the student’s record. The credit is also recorded in our computer system. During the year students can also ‘cash in’ their rewards for prizes which are displayed. They may range from very small value items such as some food from the restaurant to larger valued electrical hardware such as a TV.

Presentation Evenings

The Academy recognises sustained good performance and achievement in our annual Presentation evenings. Students are invited to these prestigious events to receive and celebrate their successes.
